Connolly Construction Inc. offers their clients full-service remodeling and construction management for all types of residential projects. We will take your job from conception to completion by working closely with your architect, designers and suppliers. We have excellent relationships with a multitude of vendors in Colorado and can supply all products needed to complete your project. From a small remodel to a whole house renovation, we do anything residential.
 

After the walk-thru of the job and review of any plans or ideas may have, we will provide you with an itemized estimate for your approval. We hire and manage all subcontractors for the project, such as plumbers, electricians. HVAC, painters, tile flooring and carpet. Our pricing is detailed, itemized,  and materials are priced separately.

Once a contract has been approved and work has been scheduled to start, employees of Connolly Construction Inc. are on-site daily. We have a structured payment schedule at the start of the job, You will be invoiced based upon project progress. We accept checks and cash.
